<span style="font-family:arial;"><em><strong>Career management</strong></em> includes many steps to ensure that you can lead others and stay secure from any future problems.Some of the main steps include:-</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial;">1. Find Mentors because they can help you to avoid missteps.Take advantage of their experience.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial;">2. Ask a professional if you like to have a professional advice.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial;">3. Create good relationship with the leaders of your department or other department of your organization or other organization.This will improve your skills.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial;">4. Show your talent to your organization by cultivating a professional network inside and outside of your organization, keeping your skills current, positioning yourself in the areas of the company where the action is and of course, doing your best work no matter what the assignment is.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial;">5. Always keep track of your progress.See whether you have done something wrong.If yes then try to correct it.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:arial;">6. Don&#8217;t rule out lateral career moves. If you&#8217;re offered the opportunity to work for an up and coming executive or to move to a high performance team but without a title or salary increase &#8211; take it.This will give you an opportunity to increase your skill and reputation.</span></p>
